Cultivated near San Salvador in the highest parts of the Picacho Volcano (1,500 meters above sea level), this fine coffee is selected based on a careful quality process to ensure its prominent chocolaty flavor, relevant body, and acidity. In addition, El Ciprés Coffee is climate and nature friendly, as well as friendly with the workers and surrounding communities. Since 2009 the environmental and social attributes of the farm and our coffee are guaranteed by the Rainforest Alliance certification.
